The new SWMD boundaries will mostly follow the USDA’s Longmont and Boulder Valley Conservation Districts boundaries in Weld County.  A small area in the Southeast corner of the expanded district falls within the Adams County Conservation District.

These Conservation Districts will play a significant role in this land preservation program by assisting individual property owners in formulating and managing their land preservation plan(s).
